Morestat   Corporate   Services   is   a   premier   provider   of   company   secretarial services.   It   is   not   ideal   that   it   generally   falls   upon   the   financial   director   of   a company   or   the   financial   manager   of   a   close   corpoation   to   take   ownership   of the    statutory    requirements    of    the    enterprise.    Few    FDs    are    company secretaries   and   fewer   still   have   time   to   properly   minute   meetings,   attend   to the    required    submissions    to    the    Registrar    of    Companies    and    Close Corporations   via   CIPC.   Usually,   these   duties   are   given   to   a   member   of   staff who is not properly trained and who has other core duties. Morestat   makes   these   issues   its   core   business,   and   offers   tailored   services directly   to   the   public,   corporate   entities   as   well   as   supporting   a   number   of attorneys and auditors countrywide. Morestat    Corporate    Services    is    based    in    Centurion,    where    the    offices    is headed   up   by   Janet,   who   has   been   involved   in   corporate/statutory   company matters   for   the   last   30   years   and   who   has   also   lectured   on   these   issues. Janet   is   supported   by   Dianne   Whitaker,   who   joined   the   team   in   2007   and holds   close   to   15   years   of   experience   in   the   field   of   statutory   matters   and minute   taking.   Clients   are   assured   of   cover   at   all   times.   We   support   clients   in India, the United States, the United Kingdom as well as South Africa.
